Michael directs a vocal ensemble called Musicality, a prestigious performance group that appeared on Season 11 of NBC's America's Got Talent as semifinalists (TOP 20). 'Nine Lives' went on to the stage when it was selected for the 2015 Chicago Musical Theater Festival. The Musicality Training Program is a step-by-step, holistic program that not only teaches, but trains your musicianship, from absolute beginnings to a university standard.

His original musical 'Nine Lives' began as a web series which won an award at the L.A Web Fest in 2013. Michael has composed film scores for several independent films in the Chicago area. Academy of Music founded by her and her husband, Michael Berkovsky. Starting out on violin in grade school, Peter Petie Ronstadt traded up to bass guitar and upright bass in middle school, playing in the school’s orchestra and jazz band. He then received his Master's degree from Boston University. The Berkovsky-Solomon Academy of Music was born in 2017 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Michael holds both a Master and Bachelor of Music in Cello Performance and studied under esteemed pedagogues Yehuda Hanani, Nancy Green and Dr. Michael graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from VanderCook College of Music, where he continued to develop his musical skills. Michael Gibson, who created and oversaw the Musicality music program at Curie Metropolitan High School, was investigated for the mismanagement of 8,074 in donations through a GoFundMe fundraiser and another 5,025 in check payments taken in during and after the group’s run on the NBC show America’s Got Talent in 2016. Musician and George Eliot Hospital staff member Michael Croutear had his big break recently as his Christmas song I know that Christmas is here was picked.

Ever since, he has been greatly involved in musical theater performance, appearing onstage and in pit orchestras throughout the Chicagoland area.

In high school, he began writing his first full-length musical and eventually recorded a full length concept recording. Waldron’s large and varied discography has received great critical acclaim. He grew up being heavily involved in music and performance, choosing to learn several instruments and compose music throughout his grade school and high school years. He is Artistic Director of London Lyric Opera, Musical Director of Islington Choral Society, Musical Director of Epworth Choir, and has also held positions with Guildford Choral Society and the University of West London Chamber Choir. Howie Mandel, Mel B, Heidi Klum, and Simon Cowell all voted 'Yes,' sending the group to the Judge Cuts.Michael Edward Gibson was born in Florida but raised in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago. Musicality's audition in Episode 1102 consisted of singing One Direction's 'Night Changes' as a group. Musicality received a grant from the Hollywood Foreign Press Association in July 2016 and was honored at the Grants Banquet at the Beverly Wilshire in Beverly Hills, CA. Musicality also has an active YouTube channel where they have gained a fanbase for their covers. Musicality has been featured on NBC, Good Day Chicago, Chicago Tonight, and on a 97.9 The Loop radio jingle.

Highlights include performances at: Pritzker Pavilion at Millennium Park, Chicago City Hall, Merchandise Mart, The Chicago Public Schools Board of Education, O'Hare International Airport, Midway International Airport, Soldier Field, GLEE Live Promotional Event, Dwyane Wade's Chicago Has Talent at the Chicago Theater, Hilton Chicago, Sheraton Grand, and the Dolby Theater. Musicality has performed at countless events, such as concerts, graduations, cotillions, memorials, benefit concerts, service learning events, fundraising events, banquets, and more. The program is intense, meeting several times a week after school, and learning music, staging, and choreography at a fast pace with a focus on musical excellence. Michael founded Musicality in 2008 at a high school on the Southwest side of Chicago. The ensemble prides itself on exploring various musical genres with the addition of theatrical staging. Dedication and professionalism are two of the most important aspects of a Musicality member. Musicality focuses more on potential instead of mere talent. Since then, Musicality has quickly grown into an elite audition-based ensemble.

Despite these problems, the inexperienced group had a very successful opening season, and their first performance had excellent reviews. The premiere ensemble for Musicality was very unbalanced with few male singers. Music educator, Michael Gibson, decided to start a volunteer after-school vocal ensemble. Musicality is a group that began in 2008 after a group of students from Curie Metropolitan High School (Chicago, Illinois) expressed interest in continuing music after the spring musical had ended.
